Hotel Policies

  • Hotel Three Sixty is adults-only. Children ages 16 and older are permitted as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
  • Pets are not permitted on the property.
  • Payment and cancellation policies vary by season. Please check the dates you are interested in staying on our booking calendar for more information.


Please note: Once a room is reserved it is removed from the availability calendar and we no longer have the ability to rent the room. Once the reservation is charged, the cancellation policy is strictly adhered to and we do not have the ability to make exceptions, even in difficult situations. The guest understands and accepts the risk of Force Majeure (including Covid-19) as their risk. Travel insurance is advisable.

High Season

(January - April)


Cancellations

  • If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, no penalty is applied. 
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
  • In case of “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged. 
  • Cancellation policies may apply if a reservation is modified 30 days or less prior to the arrival date.

Payments

  • A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. 100% of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Festive Season

(Christmas/New Year)


Cancellations

  • If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, no penalty is applied. 
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
  • In case of “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged. 
  • Cancellation policies may apply if a reservation is modified 60 days or less prior to the arrival date.

Payments

  • A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. 100% of the reservation will be charged 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Green Season (May - December)

Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 15 days before date of check-in.
  • If reservation is cancelled inside the 15 day window then you will be charged 100% of the reservation

Payments

  • A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The full amount will be charged to your card 15 days before check in.

Please note: For reservations of three or more villas we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This applies all year.

We recommend that our guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, especially considering the pandemic related events of the past two years.
