Before Planing
Your Event
Must be reserved a minimum of 6 months prior to the date of the event.
Events can only be booked during the months of April through November.
The entire hotel must be reserved for a minimum of 3 nights.
Maximum of 40 guests at the event.
Maximum of 24 guests staying overnight in the hotel (2 in each of our 12 villas)
No children under 16.
A local event planner must be used. (English & Spanish spoken)
A minimum charge of $6,000 for the exclusive use of the property. Pricing will depend upon projected seasonal demand.
Food & drink must be provided by our hotel. We can prepare a quote based on how many people will be attending/staying overnight.
One person will be responsible for the payment of the booking.
50% paid upon booking and the remaining 50% sixty days prior to the event.
Security deposit to be made upon check-in of the responsible party.
